By accessing or using BodhiTree, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using BodhiTree on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that institution.

2. Accounts

Instructors and institutions are responsible for the accounts they create and for keeping their login details secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading malicious code, or using BodhiTree for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content

Instructors and institutions keep ownership of the course content they upload. You grant BodhiTree the permissions needed to host, store and display that content to deliver the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Availability and Changes

We work to keep BodhiTree available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features of the platform over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BodhiTree is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BodhiTree after an update means you accept the revised terms.
