Learning activity such as quiz attempts, lab submissions, grades, forum posts and progress, generated while using the platform.

Technical information such as browser type, device and usage logs, collected to keep the service secure and working well.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide and improve BodhiTree, to give instructors statistics on learner progress, to send course notices and service emails, and to respond to support requests.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Learner data is shared with the instructors and institutions running the courses they are enrolled in. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, or when required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service. Institutions can ask us to delete their data when they stop using BodhiTree.

6. Your Choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Some requests may need to go through your institution.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
